TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
This website is owned and operated by Heart and Soul Kitchens.
If you continue to use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms & conditions of use, which together with our private policy govern Heart and Soul Kitchen’s relationship with you to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
The information contained on this website is for general guidance only. Whilst Heart and Soul Kitchens has taken all reasonable care to ensure that information contained on this website is accurate and up-to-date, the information has not been independently verified and no representation or warranty, expressed or impaired, is made as to its accuracy or completeness. All sizes quoted are approximate. The imagery used on the website is for illustrative purposes only. The colour and appearance of actual products may differ from items shown on this website. Colours may also vary from different batches of production.
Heart and Soul Kitchens reserves the right to add, modify, delete and update any website content, price or products at any time without prior notice. Also, no liability will be claimed from Heart and Soul Kitchens due to errors or in corrections on this website.

Quality has always been and will always be our top priority. We are a family run business that prides itself on giving our customers the highest quality in both products and service. We care and endeavour to be friendly and keep all of our customers informed.
Orders / Payments
Heart and Soul Kitchens does not accept nor process an order until payment is received in full for all products and any related delivery charges. We reserve the right to reject an order for any reason. All orders are subject to stock availability, if we are unable to supply any products ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a full refund immediately.
Secure payments are taken using Paypal or Wix pay. At no point are credit card details retained or stored.
Due to high identity fraud, we can not deliver to an alternative delivery address when the order is placed. A direct bank transfer can be made (please contact us to arrange this) prior to the order being placed.
Any offers or discount codes need to be added to the checkout prior to ordering, no refunds can be made after the order has been processed.
Refunds Policy
Returns are happily accepted but we must be notified in writing via email within 7 calendar days from receipt of the goods, no return requests will be accepted over the phone or after 7 WORKING days has lapsed. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the email has been received.
A return email with confirmation of the product returns address will be sent within 48 hours. Please DO NOT send goods back until this confirmation has been received. Some goods are distributed from, and may need to be sent back to this location. If the incorrect address has been used, the cost to redirect the products will be deducted from the refund.
The product must be received in the original packaging, condition, with no modifications & received within 7 calendar days from the date of the original email to request the return. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
The consumer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us within the time scale. The return method is chosen & paid for by the consumer. Insurance is recommended to cover the purchase price against loss or damage. We will not be liable for damages occurred via third parties chosen by you.
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you payments received, including any standard (economy/free) costs of delivery. We will not reimburse supplementary costs arising from a faster delivery option selected by the customer.
Refunds will be reduced or refused if the product is damaged, defective from it’s original state or unable to be resold. Including the original packaging. Customers have a duty of care to safeguard goods whilst in their possession. Please return as you would expect to receive.
We will aim to make the reimbursement within 14 working days after the date we receive the goods back from you, but this can take longer at busy periods. The refund will not take longer than 28 working days. The payment will be made using the same means of payment for the initial transaction.
Warranty claims need to be made via email with details of issue. A repair or replacement will always be offered and no refunds will be given after a product is more than 6 months old.
Delay or failure to perform
Heart and Soul Kitchens shall not be held liable to the customer if they are prevented or delayed in the performance of any obligations to the customer if this is due to any cause beyond Heart and Soul Kitchens reasonable control, for example but not limited to: An act of God, explosion, flood, fire or accident. War or civil disturbance. Strikes, industrial action or stoppages of work. Any form of government intervention. A third party act or omission. Failure by the customer to provide Heart and Soul Kitchens with a correct e-mail or delivery address or notify us of any change of address, or inform us of any highway restrictions preventing delivery to the customer.
Shortage of materials, labour or manufacturing facilities.
Should Heart and Soul Kitchens be prevented from delivering in the above circumstances, it shall give the notice of this fact as soon as reasonably practicable.
If the circumstances preventing delivery are still continuing three months after the customer receives notice from Heart and Soul Kitchens, then either party may give written notice to the other cancelling the Contract.
If the contract is cancelled in this way, Heart and Soul Kitchens will refund any payment which the customer has already made on account of the price (subject to deduction of any amount Heart an d Soul Kitchens is entitled from the customer) but Heart and Soul Kitchens will not be liable to compensate the customer for any further loss or damage caused by failure to deliver.
Delivery terms
Our carriage charges are calculated on the shopping cart page and are for all of N.I. We ship to the Republic of Ireland and mainland UK. Please contact us for up to date costs for this service.
A time frame may be quoted to you upon dispatch of your order. Please call for clarification before ordering and we would be happy to confirm for you.
If a delivery is attempted twice or more or rejected after dispatch for whatever reason, a minimum return carriage charge of £25 - £100 will be debited from the refund to cover the return carriage cost to us.
Privacy policy
We require information from our customers such as their name, address & contact details to be able to complete the sale as agreed. We will only use this information in relation to the order and at no point contact will be made for marketing purposes unless we have had written prior consent. We take this policy seriously and comply with all UK & European GDPR laws. We promise never to pass or sell your details to a third party.
Installation / Damages
We offer installation services on products from the website. Please contact us to discuss.
The agent the customers appoint is responsible for any problems from the installation, not the retailer. Please check the product is of a satisfactory quality & condition prior to any fitting is commenced, no returns will be accepted once products have been fitted or modified in any way including accessories and NO consequential loss or claims will be made or charged to us if the product was fitted that was received damaged prior to installation.
Item arrived damaged?
We strongly recommend you inspect all goods immediately upon delivery to ensure they meet with your approval. In the unlikely event there is a problem, please inform the delivery agent in the first instance and where possible make a note on the drivers delivery docket (we may require this). Thereafter, please notify us ideally within 24 hours in writing as we have a very short time frame to be able to claim from our courier/delivery agent. All claims for missing/lost or damaged products must be reported to us in writing within 7 days from receipt with the original packaging and with NO modifications to the product or accessories. All we would ask is that we are given reasonable opportunity to make good.
